A few common questions…
Do I get a warranty with a used machine.
Our warranty depends on the actual machine you are looking to buy. If you are buying an ex demo machine it will often still have some of its original warranty remaining. If you are buying fully refurbished or approved used you get a 3 months parts warranty, if you are buying a ‘traded as is’ machine there is no warranty offered.
Whether you have warranty or not, you can access our ForstAssist customer service team for FOC Först product technical advice and our spare parts department for any parts you need.
Where do your used machines come from?
Most of our used machines are machines we buy in part exchange for new Först machines. However we also sell off ex long term hire machines, machines off our courtesy/loan fleet and ex demonstration machines.

Can I see a machine chipping if I come to have a look at your stock?
Yes you can – we have plenty of timber on site for demo chipping
Can you deliver the chipper to me?
Yes we can deliver and we charge a millage rate for that. However, like any second-hand machine or vehicle, we highly recommend you come and see it before you buy as you can’t beat seeing something in the flesh as pictures won’t always show condition exactly as it is.
Do you offer finance?
We work with several finance brokers who will discuss the details of a finance deal with you and who you deal with directly to secure credit. A good percentage of the business we do is put on finance.
